Online Leadership Courses
Studying Leadership enhances the capacity of its participants to lead large, functionally diverse and geographically dispersed organizations in highly evolutionary corporate environments. Coursework teaches students to recognize and critically analyze in the context of the framework of relevant theories and research, current and projected leadership issues which impact on organizational leadership and organizational success; understand approaches for exploring issues for organizational leaders and evaluating plausible impacts requiring leadership decisions; demonstrate sensitivity to cultural, social and economic diversity in decision making and in prioritizing actions for achieving corporate success in contexts of multiple stakeholders; and appreciate the role of corporate leadership in promoting ethically achieved and socially responsible corporate outcomes.
